Squid box to prevent manual entry of university proxy settings to each machine

- Squid configured as Transparent Proxy
- /etc/squid/squid.conf setup, including forwarding to uni proxy servers
- IPTables rule setup to forward local requests to 80 to 3128 for squid
- Squid TODO
- Possibly need to forward all non HTTP to m25 to deal with... (for gw).
- Other protocols via proxy?
